These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings with Diamond Luxe Limos. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All reservations must include accurate pickup time, address, and passenger details

Trips are confirmed only after payment or deposit (where required)

Special requests must be submitted at the time of booking

2. Payment Policy

Prices may vary based on distance, duration, traffic, tolls, or additional services

Overtime charges apply if the trip exceeds the scheduled duration

Cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is left excessively dirty

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms may vary by service

Cancellations within the allowed time frame receive full refund

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges

Airport delays due to airline issues do not count as late cancellations—waiting time may apply

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

Wear seat belts

Avoid damaging the vehicle

Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior

⚠️ The chauffeur may end the trip without refund if safety rules are violated.

5. Alcohol, Food & Smoking

No smoking or vaping allowed

Alcohol permitted for legal-age passengers

Strong-smelling foods may be restricted

6. Liability

Diamond Luxe Limos is not responsible for:

Delays caused by external factors

Lost or damaged personal belongings

Passenger injuries resulting from not wearing seat belts

Incorrect booking details provided by the customer

7. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to:

Intoxicated or unsafe passengers

Violators of safety policies

Passengers carrying prohibited items

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
